A clinical case of a patient admitted to the Psychiatry Unit diagnosed
with Anorexia Nervosa is presented.
During the stay, until discharge, an individualized care plan was applied according to
the conceptual model of M. Gordon, and using the NANDA (North American Nursing
Diagnosis Association, NIC (Nursing Interventions Classification) and NOC (Nursing
Outcomes Classification) taxonomies).
In this way, through the design of the care plan, we will define
standards of action that will improve the care provided to the patient
during their admission to this unit.
The objective of this work is to capture the importance of the nursing role in
patients with anorexia through a patient who presents this pathology
